Requirements for the successful completion of the course: Attendance of the lectures is not compulsory but strictly recommended. Attendance of the practical is compulsory. Proofs of the reason of absences – not later than the week after the absence – are to be presented at the Secretariat of the Department of Surgery as stated in the Faculty Code of Study Regulations. Official time: every day 9-10 am., 14-15 pm.
At the end of every lecture the students can take a test of 4 questions about the material of the given lecture through the Coospace. To be able to do the test the students have to bring a smart-phone or a laptop or a tablet with themselves to the lectures. Internet-access: the students can connect to the wireless internet with the help of the university EDUROAM system built in both Láng Imre lecture hall at New Clinic and in Baló József Education Centre Kulka Frigyes lecture hall, after giving their usernames and passwords. 
For those students who achieve at least 80% of the maximum points the Department offer grade 4 (good), and for those ones who achieve at least 90% of the maximum points the Department offer grade 5 (excellent) as the result of the official examination.
The examination will be organized in form of a written test on the 19th of May 2020, Tuesday at 11.00 a. m. in the computer cabinet of TIK (University Klebelsberg Library, 6722, Szeged, Ady tér 10).
Evaluation: passed – over 41-55%, accepted- over 56-70%, good- over 71-85%, excellent- above 85%. The test is qualified as an official examination. Unjustified absence decreases the number of the exam options. Replacement: oral examination.
We pointedly call the attention on the fact the test will be based both of the lectures and the relevant chapters of the official textbook.
